Everytime I logged on to my site something bothered me. It was my Red Riding Hood and the Woodsman image.
It just always looked blurry to me. I also felt like I wanted to take the image in a different direction. When I originally photographed the painting, I did it outside on my easel. Though I have a steady hand and I had enough light, the image wasn't fully in focus. Also, the color temperature was a little too daylight and because of that I ended up pushing my photoshop work in a different direction. I re-scanned my image today and stitched the pieces together. Then I went back into my original photoshop file and kept the pieces I liked and discarded those I didn't. I'm now much happier with the result and don't feel like I've got a problem to fix every time I visit my site.
